Steward sums up 2007:
"We've
planted 130 new trees and around 500 native shrubs and ground covers.
There are more than 20 new native plant species that we've
re-introduced to Lewis Park. Thank you for all of your devotion to our
park, our community!"

tools.

400 plants - shrubs, trees, ferns, and ground cover - were planted, tracts of mulch and compost spread, islands dug onto the bluff.

planting area on upper ridge, after participating
at the OLA cleanup.
