This is a link to off leash locations

Persons who choose to use designated off leash areas must:

  1. have voice control over the dog(s) at all times;
  2. have the dog(s) currently licensed with license tags displayed on the dog(s); and
  3. possess scoop equipment and dispose of the fecal matter deposited by the dog(s) in an appropriate manner.

Violation of the Seattle Municipal Code pertaining to animals may result in fines ranging from $50.00 to $150.00 for each violation.

If you experience a problem with an animal in any Seattle park, please call Seattle Animal Shelter for assistance at 386-7387 ext. 2. The Seattle Parks Department has also established an off-leash area hotline for questions and complaints at 386-4004.

If you wish to donate money for the purpose of creating, maintaining and providing amenities for off-leash areas in Seattle, please make out a check payable to the "Off Leash Area Fund" and submit to Seattle Animal Shelter, 2061 15th Avenue West, Seattle, Washington 98119. Your donation may be tax deductible (consult your tax advisor).
