We work to ensure that arts and culture are an integral part of city vision and planning, and to heighten awareness of the civic value of culture in such arenas as arts education, economic vitality and cultural tourism.
We promote Seattle artists through Seattle Presents, our free lunchtime concert series at City Hall and recognize significant achievements and contributions in the arts through the annual Mayor's Arts Awards.
