Customer Service Assistance

To contact the court's customer service department, please complete the following form. It is essential that you provide us with your name, address, question, citation number, email address or telephone number in the spaces below. If you would like us to reply to your question by telephone, please provide us with your phone number. Otherwise, we will reply by email.

If you have additional questions, please call or email the Public Services Department email of the Municipal Court of Seattle. The Public Service Department can also be reached by phone during the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday by dialing (206) 684-5600 and choosing option "0" to speak with a customer service representative.

Upon receipt of this form the Public Services Department
will contact you as appropriate.
