Ticket Options

You MUST respond to your ticket within 15 days.

Always follow the instructions on your ticket.

There are three ways you can respond to the ticket you have recieved:

1. You may make a payment:

1. Make a payment online.
2. Make a payment over the phone. Call 206-233-7000.
3. Pay in person at the Courthouse or a Neighborhood Service Center. Click here for Neighborhood locations.
4. Mail in your payment to

     Seattle, Wa 98124-1109

2. You can request a MITIGATION HEARING, where you admit you have committed the infraction, but want to explain the circumstances. This is a final decision and can also be done by mail.

3. You may request a CONTESTED HEARING, where you deny that you committed the infraction
