Concept-Level Station Area Planning Recommendations Adopted

Updated April 25, 2001

On September 5, 2000, the Seattle City Council passed resolution # 30165 to adopt the Concept-Level Station Area Planning Recommendations for the areas around Seattle's light rail stations.  The Recommendations provide a conceptual vision and design for the neighborhoods served by rail and include:
  • An illustrated vision statement
  • A conceptual plan diagram
  • A catalogue of tools that provide the vision and framework for public and private investments.
