Introduction

The City of Seattle intends to procure and implement a Records Management System ("RMS") for the Seattle Police Department to replace its existing Records Management System. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal ("RFP") document will be released in January, 2003 and that the RMS will be put into production during the fourth quarter of 2004. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") will serve as the first phase of the RFP process. Only those vendors deemed qualified through the RFQ process will be asked to respond to the final RFP.
