Jean Morgan is a licensed Architect in Washington State. She is principal of Morgan Design Group, and architectural design firm. For the past 25 years she has provided architectural services that have included all phases of design from conceptual plans to construction documents, code research, permit expediting, acting as client liaison and project management. The types of projects that Jean has worked on ranges from hundreds of single family homes to several commercial tenant improvement projects to numerous multi family housing projects for families and seniors. She is a Block Watch Captain, was on the Broadview Community Council and was Viewlands PTA President. She holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Washington.

Bill Singer has over 20 years of experience as an architect including the last 11 years as a Senior Architect with Environmental Works, where he focuses on designing affordable housing and other community based projects. He is a LEED accredited professional and has extensive experience incorporating sustainable features into his projects. He is a board officer of the Washington Housing Equity Alliance, a non-profit housing developer. He has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington.

Mike has over sixteen years of experience in civil engineering design and project management. A LEED accredited professional, he has extensive knowledge of site layout design, grading, hydrology and hydraulics, road design, waterline design, sewer line design, storm drain pipe/channel design, as well as specification writing and construction observation. Mike recently developed green drainage concepts to aid the demand management process for downtown Seattle’s combined sewer basins. He also has extensive expertise in mitigation of drainage issues caused by development, designing detention facilities, temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control facilities, and Green Stormwater Infrastructure, including rain gardens and permeable paving. He has managed and designed drainage and site development projects ranging in size from a single family home to 70+ acre commercial sites. He is a member of the US Green Building Council and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico..

Ted is an architect with GGLO in Seattle, holding the title of Associate. He has designed and managed community-based urban mixed use projects for over 14 years, focusing in particular on those that have complex considerations, such as Shoreline overlays, Rezones, and ECA’s. Ted has a strong design background with diverse influences that have draw from world travel. He acknowledges the need for design solutions to succeed on cultural, artistic, economic and technical levels. Ted’s recent focus has been integrating decentralized storm and water quality facilities into urban mixed-use projects in Seattle and King County, with results often performing beyond applicable codes. Ted holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.

As a landscape architect and urban planner Mark Brands has lived and worked in Hawaii, Seattle, San Francisco, Sydney, and Taipei. In 2000, he co-founded Site Workshop, a landscape architecture firm providing land planning, site planning and site specific design for a range of civic, institutional and commercial projects. Mark's past projects include the Olympic Village at the 2000 Sydney Games and the Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center. Mark and his family live in the Ballard neighborhood where he is actively involved in his son's schools and the Phinney Neighborhood Association. Mark holds a BS degree in Landscape Architecture from Washington State University.
