Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), also provides and maintains a limited number of litter receptacles at bus stops, and has an Adopt-A-Street program that businesses and residents may join.Bus shelter trash cans are provided and cleaned weekly by Metro. For bus stops that DO NOT have a bus shelters, Metro also has an Adopt-A-Stop Program, which offers several benefits and acknowledgement for your business in exchange for cleaning efforts.
