ABOUT THE SEEC The Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission (SEEC) is an independent committee of seven citizen volunteers that interpret, administer, and enforce the Seattle Ethics, Elections, Election Pamphlet, and Whistleblower Protection Codes and the City's Lobbying Regulations. The Commission is supported by six employees who offer information and guidance to citizens and employees regarding these Codes, and investigate complaints. Staff is available to help you understand and navigate these codes.
