2006 Seattle Building Codes Collection (off-site)

A 60-day transition period following adoption of the new codes allowed building permit applications to be submitted complying with the 2003 Seattle Codes through January 8, 2008.  Building permit applications submitted after January 8, 2008 must comply with the 2006 Seattle codes. Building permits submitted under the 2003 Seattle codes will be inspected for compliance with the 2003 Seattle codes.
