Homebuyer NOFA: Notice of Funding Availability

The purpose of this program is to assist families and individuals earning at or below 80 percent of area median income to become homeowners.   Nonprofit agencies, private, for-profit developers, and mortgage lenders are invited to submit proposals for projects that will provide homeownership opportunities for low-income households.

Applications for homebuyer funds are made on a rolling basis. Please contact Mark Ellerbrook for application procedures.
