Income and Rent Limits for the Rental Housing Program
The following spreadsheets provide information on Area Median Income limits, affordable rents & HOME program rents for use with Rental Housing Program. Borrowers should consult their OH regulatory agreement to determine what limits apply to their building. OH will post the most recent limits as they are made available by HUD, typically in the spring of each year.
Utility Allowances
The Rental Housing Program uses the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) utility allowances when determining maximum rent levels. The utility allowances are shown at Seattle Housing Authority's website.
