 All materials submitted for the purpose of certifications of consistency with Seattle’s current Consolidated Plan, as updated annually, must be received at least 30 days prior to the date when such certifications are needed by the applicant. Please refer to the full Consolidated Plan, including Housing Policies. The consistency checklist for rental proposals and boilerplate letter of request for homeownership proposals are below.
