Tourist and Traveler Information Centers

Citywide Concierge Center
Where: At The Washington State Convention and Trade Center, in Downtown Seattle on Pike Street between 7th and 8th Avenues, located on the Galleria level, adjacent to the escalators.
What: Seattle Convention and Visitor's Bureau service for both travelers and the community, including finding and booking attraction and event tickets, accomodations, restaurant reservations, personal services and more.
Winter Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, closed week-ends
Summer Hours: Memorial Day - Labor Day, Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm

State of Washington Visitor Information Desk
Where: Sea-Tac Airport, located in the Main Terminal, Baggage Claim level, across from Carousel 11.
What: State of Washington-operated visitor information desk.
Hours: Open daily, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Outside Recreation Information Center
Where: Inside the REI store, 2nd floor, at 222 Yale Avenue North
What: Information on United States Forest Service and Park Service lands throughout Washington, along with Washington State Park and Department of Natural Resources lands -- hiking trails, campgrounds, and backcountry access.
Fall/Winter Hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Spring/Summer Hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Seattle Central Library
Where: At 1000 Fourth Avenue between Spring Street and Madison Street in downtown Seattle.
What: Seattle Central Library serves a diverse community, with a massive collection for reading and browsing, public use computer terminals for free internet access, and much more.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday, 1 to 5 pm

Metro Transit Customer Service Office
Where: 201 South Jackson Street in downtown Seattle.
What: Walk-in customer service office for Metro Transit, the region's public transit system.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Seattle Pier 52 Ferry Terminal
Where: 801 Alaskan Way, between Columbia and Marion Streets, in downtown Seattle along the waterfront.
What: Washington State Ferry terminal, serving WSF ferry routes to Bremerton and Bainbridge Island, and providing info on WSF ferries and local transit and tourism.
Hours: Terminal hours are determined by ferry sailings; check the web site for the Bremerton and Bainbridge Island ferry schedules.
