The program serves approximately 200 families in southeast and southwest Seattle who live in poverty and have children of color. Priority is given to African American, Chinese, Laotian, Samoan, Native American, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Ethiopian, Somalian and other immigrant and refugee families.
