The City of Seattle will be adopting a revised Annual Table of Proposed Projects (TPP) section of the 2008 Update to the 2005 - 2008 Consolidated Plan by June of this year. These revisions are embodied in a Substantial Amendment, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Three sections of the 2008 Update are being revised:

• DRAFT Table of Proposed Projects



• DRAFT Allocation of Consolidated Plan Funds



• DRAFT Amendments to Appendix H "Housing Policies"

This Amendment affects how the City uses four federal funds sources to assist low- and moderate-income persons. The funds are the Community Development Block Grant, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, HOME, and Emergency Shelter Grant. Copies of the proposed Substantial Amendment will soon be posted to this web site or may be obtained by contacting the CDBG Administrator listed below.
