Mayor's Office for Senior CitizensSenior Information and AssistanceSenior Information and Assistance provides a wide variety of resource information and referrals to older adults, their family members and others who care for them. This free professional service directs callers to the appropriate agency or contacts the agency on their behalf, arranges home visits for intensive needs, and follows up to make sure services are received. Programs for adults with disabilities under age 60 are most easily accessed through the 211 Community Information Line, or by dialing 2-1-1 or 1-800-621-4636.
