Cable TV discount for seniors and adults with disabilities

Both Comcast and Broadstripe (formerly known as Millenium) provide a discount of approximately $4 off the monthly rate for all cable television tiers for low-income seniors, low-income adults with disabilities, and people living in subsidized housing.
