  • Porch Light Brigade -- Volunteer to deliver free energy-efficient fluorescent bulbs to your neighbors. City Light will provide the light bulbs for free and deliver them to your home when you volunteer to distribute them door to door to your neighbors. The goal is to deliver 2 light bulbs to each residence within the Queen Anne/Magnolia Neighborhood Power Project boundaries. As a volunteer you can help reduce crime by giving your neighbors a bulb they can put in their porch fixture.
