P-Patch Community Gardens Bradner Gardens Park
Colors at Their Best Located in Bradner Gardens Park the P-Patch is surrounded by demonstration gardens, art elements and unique garden structures. The partnership of gardeners from the P-Patch, King County Master Gardener, Seattle Tilth and Washington Native Plant Society, who steward the park, is captured under the theme of urban agriculture and is symbolized by a 33 foot tall windmill. Bradner is one of 14 Seattle Parks designated pesticide free. Bradner Gardens Park P-Patch boasts the best view in the city, and on a clear day you can see....downtown. A closer look at the garden reflects a view of the whole city too. There are heady, fragrant cilantro patches, scarlet peppers, rows of silky corn, occasional opium poppies, and frequent basketballs from the adjacent court. All reflecting Bradner Place P-Patch as a busy, culturally diverse neighborhood.
