Maple Leaf Community Garden

The Maple Leaf community garden, after much anticipation, is entering its design phase. Interested neighborhood residents will be asked in the next few months to gather their ideas. If past projects are any indication, a host of activities will ultimately grace the site: passive community open space for sitting in the sun or lying on the lawn, perennial plantings to color up the neighborhood, native plantings to match the nearby branch of Thorton creek and perhaps a P-Patch.
