Community Health Fair

Saturday, September 20th from Noon to 4:00 p.m.
Join us Saturday, September 20 for an afternoon of activities, exercise and fun!

• Try some healthy snacks
• Learn what you need to do to be prepared in an emergency
• Find out about nutrition
• Learn about diabetes and get a blood glucose test
• Learn about our out of school programs
• Learn about repairing or restoring your bicycle
• Find out how to get a bicycle helmet
• Learn how to get affordable health insurance
• Join in on the fun activities and even win prizes.
