This project will renovate four existing outdoor tennis courts and design
two new outdoor tennis courts to the north of the existing courts at the
Amy Yee Tennis Center. The new courts will be constructed when future funding
is available. Regular users of the facility include Garfield High School
teams.
The Amy Yee Tennis Center Advisory Council nominated
this project for the Pro Parks Levy Opportunity Fund. The Council
also successfully received the Neighborhood Matching Fund and
the King County Youth Sports Utility Fund. They continue to raise
more fund for the new tennis courts construction.
