RENT THE WARD SPRINGS PUMPHOUSE!The Pumphouse is located on Queen Anne hill just minutes from downtown. It features a panoramic view of the City and is just steps away from a newly remodeled playground. The Pumphouse is a wonderful location for birthday parties, meetings and retreats. The Main Hall is 290 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. The Pumphouse is not heated, and is only available for rent May-September. Reasonable rates and friendly staff make this an ideal spot for spring

RESERVE THE PUMPHOUSEThe facility can be reserved one year in advance on a rolling calendar. Applications will generally be processed on the first business day of the corresponding month. For example, applications for February will be processed on February 1. Applications must be received by noon on the day of processing in order to be included in the initial random processing. Applications received in this initial process will be processed in random order. Bookings by phone are not accepted. Following the random processing of initial applications events will be booked on a first come first serve basis, as applications are received. All events must be booked at least 10 business days in advance of the requested date. A deposit of $250 for events without alcohol, and $500 for events with alcohol is due within 5 business days of making the reservation. The balance, paperwork and proof of insurance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event date. For reservations and a complete quote, Facility Rental BrochureThe facility rental brochure includes information for all our premium facilities,
fees and prices, insurance information, frequently asked questions, fire permits,
alcohol permits, and all other required permits that might be applicable to
your event. Facility Rental ApplicationA facility rental application and signed general terms and conditions is needed
to make a reservation. CeremoniesOutdoor ceremonies require a ceremony permit, which can be obtained from the Event Scheduling Office, (206) 684-4081. ( RETURN

RENTAL RATES AND OPTIONSPlease find current rates in the rental packet (see above). Minimum rental 2 hours. Rental hours must be concurrent (no split-times). Alcohol is illegal outdoors. If you intend to serve alcohol, you must state that in your paperwork and pay the additional alcohol-related fees (above) when you pay for your reservation. Approval to serve alcohol is contingent on your completing these two steps within two weeks of your rental date:
