Geotech Report for Betty Bowen Viewpoint in Marshall Park
Address: 7th Ave W / W Highland Dr
The purpose of this study was to establish general surface and subsurface
conditions at the site, from which conclusions and recommendations regarding
slope stability could be formulated. Slope stability was evaluated for
both current and anticipated future conditions resulting from site restoration.
The scope of the study included field explorations (2 augur borings
to 20.5 & 35.5 ft depths), lab testing, geotech engineering analysis
and preparation of this report.
