Current Status

Project Complete
The SEPA for Woodland Skatepark was contested and the project was delayed. The Hearing Examiner issued her decision on Nov. 16, 2006. She affirmed Parks' Determination of Non-Significance and did not find any errors. This decision was appealed a second time and another hearing was scheduled for May 21, 2007. Parks' Determination of Non-Significance was upheld once again.

Notice to Proceed was issued for Sept. 20. The project will progress until complete in early 2008.

For more information, see the press release.
