ABOUT THE PARK

This park is brand new! The Pro Parks Levy, the Neighborhood Matching Fund and the community are funding park improvements that include a large lawn area, landscaping, paths, neighborhood gathering area and interactive features for children's play.

Acreage: 0.21

HISTORY

With the help of the Pro Parks Levy and King County, Parks bought this surplused Seattle City Light substation and additional park land on the corner of 6th Ave. NW and NW 76th St.
