Chado, the Way of Tea
Experience Chado, the Way of Tea, in the tranquil setting of the Wind
in the Pines Teahouse in the heart of the Seattle Japanese Garden. You
will be refreshed and inspired with a bowl of invigorating green tea
and traditional Japanese sweets.
Tickets for tea and sweets are $10 each and may be purchased in advance
at the ticket booth or by calling 206-684-4725. Tickets can also be
purchased the day of the event when available. Presentations last approximately
45 minutes, and are organized by the Urasenke
Foundation, Seattle Branch.
Sunday public teas are more intimate and interactive.
