Project Status

August 2009
This project contract has been awarded to PJM Construction, who also completed the first phase of this project. Construction is scheduled to begin on August 3rd.

$250,000, includes planning, design, and construction.

Project Description

This project involves work at three locations on the boulevard, including:
1) on the north side of W. Fulton St, between 8th AVE W. and 9th AVE W: replace the sidewalk and driveways, improve the lawn planting strip, and prevent parking on the park; in the triangle at W. Fulton St and 8th AVE W: install irrigation.
2) in the triangle at W. Smith ST, 1st AVE W. and W. McGraw PL: add irrigation and landscaping.
3) at the triangle at 8th PL W & 7th AVE W: install irrigation and landscaping.
