Project Status

Thank you Seattle! This project is complete.
Construction started in the spring 2011 and Parks opened the play area before Labor Day 2011. The play area includes pathway improvements, site furnishings, and play equipment for multiple ages.

The community attended two public meetings and provided input on different design options, and selected the final option to further develop.

Project Description

Ross Playground was identified in the Parks & Green Spaces Levy for renovation of the existing play area to provide access and use improvements that will create better site circulation, and make the play area a desirable place to gather and play.
