This section provides partial or complete specifications and must be utilized
in accordance with the instructions below.
Division 0 Standard Sheets
Division 0 includes the Project Manual Cover Sheet, the Project Information
Sheet, the Signature Sheet, and other Division 0 Specifications (boilerplate).
For Division 0 sheets, please contact the Park Engineer at (206)233-7920.

Technical Specifications
Divisions 2 thru 16 of the Technical Specifications shall be edited as
much as necessary to complete the Contract Documents. Most of the Standard
Specifications provided are "partial" specifications, delineating
Seattle Parks' minimum requirements for particular products and/or methods
of installation. Consultants shall be responsible for expanding the specifications
into more detailed CSI-based format, three part specification sections.
When a Standard Specification is non-existent, the Consultant shall develop
an appropriate specification for incorporation into the contract documents.

These Standards are not intended to supersede City/State/Federal laws or codes
or generally accepted design practices of professional consultants. It is meant
to be used on Seattle Parks' projects only. Seattle Parks shall not be held
responsible if these standards are used for other purposes.
If the Consultant identifies any conflict between these Standards and City
or other governing codes, he/she shall notify the Project Manager and seek a
resolution, which complies with City codes and thereafter is acceptable to the
Seattle Parks.
