The Madison Bathhouse is a medium-size room that can accomodate 70-75 people.

Amenities:

  • tables
  • chairs
  • bathroom
  • sink

The booking fee is $10; rental is $35 per hour; $15 staff fee. If food will be served there is a $250 refundable damage deposit. If alcohol, a $500 refundable deposit and a $60 nonrefundable alcohol fee along with a banquet license.

Events with alcohol and events that last until late in the evening usually need two staff.
