Seattle Team for Youth WHAT IS SEATTLE TEAM FOR YOUTH? Seattle Team for Youth (STFY) is a multi-agency community-based case management consortium established in 1989. It works with youth aged 11-18 years who are involved in gangs or at risk of gang involvement. The program is a collaborative effort. The Seattle Police Department works in partnership with the City of Seattle Human Services Department, the Seattle School District, Public Health Seattle and King County School-Based Health Centers, King County Superior Court, and local community based agencies.
