Services - Appraisals

Obtaining an appraisal is an important component of due diligence any time the City acquires or disposes of real property.  Most City appraisals are obtained by contract with commercial appraisal firms.  FFD has two state-certified appraisers who manage the ordering and review of such appraisals.

Property owners with questions about the appraisal process should contact the appropriate City project manager. 

Commercial appraisal firms with an interest in performing services for the City should contact Robert Coe (206-233-2538) or Leslie Bloomer (206-386-1547).
