David Keyes
Community Technology Program Manager
 David directs the city's digital inclusion programs and related strategic partnerships. He serves on the governing board of the state Communities Connect Network, and was a member of Washington State's High Speed Internet Strategy Work Group. He previously served on the national boards of CTCNet and the Alliance for Community Media. He is a member of the city's Public Engagement committee and leads the city's Technology Indicators research project. David's portfolio also includes development of the the Puget Sound Off youth civic engagement project and community relations for our public wi-fi pilot project.

Delia Burke
Program Advisor & Technology Matching Fund Manager
 Delia provides strategic advice and technical assistance to community based programs and she manages the Technology Matching Fund. She represents the Department of Information Technology on the city's Tranlsation and Interpretation Initiative.

Derrick Hall
Community Technolgy Support Specialist
 Derrick is our resident public computing systems expert, providing support to city public computers and technical assistance to community technology learning programs. He oversees deployment of our free cable broadband Internet connections for non-profits, maintains our public computer stations.

Vicky Yuki
Outreach & Education Coordinator
 Vicky is responsible for coordinating our community outreach and education efforts. She is project manager for the Puget Sound Off youth civic engagement project and also manages our publications, including Brainstorm, our monthly newsletter.
