NPower

Assists Seattle area non-profits with technology planning and implementation, coordinates volunteers and offers a range of training.

Communities Connect Network

A network focused on supporting and advancing community development in Washington State through the use of community technology.

Seattle Community Network

A free, public-access network run by volunteers. SCN provides web space and dial-up Internet.

One Northwest

Based in Seattle, but serving a wider region, One Northwest assists environmental organizations and activist get online. Their site also has very useful planning forms, tools and suggestions.

Digital Promise

Originally known as the Washington State Neighborhood Networks Consortium, Digital Promise's mission is to increase access to computers and the Internet in low-income, elderly, and disabled housing communities.

National and International

CTCNet.org

The leading network of more than 1200 community technology centers where people get access to computers and computer-related technology, such as the Internet.

TechSoup

Offers nonprofits one-stop shopping for their technology needs. TechSoup is committed to leveraging its strength as a community-wide portal for the benefit of the entire community.

Telecentre.org

A technical assistance provider and community of resources advancing telecentres worldwide. In English, Spanish and French.

Alliance for Technology Access (ATA)

National network of community-based Resource Centers, Developers, Vendors, and Associates dedicated to providing information and support services to children and adults with disabilities, and increasing their use of standard, assistive, and information technologies.

Webjunction

Geared towards libraries, but with a range of tools, resources and discussions relevant to the larger community technology field.

California Community Technology Foundation

A foundation which has invested in community enterprises that accelerate civic engagement and economic empowerment.

Aspira

The community technology resources from this national nonprofit organization devoted to the education and leadership development of Puerto Rican and other Latino youth. Materials in Spanish and English.
