Community Wireless: The Potential to Transform Nonprofit Service Delivery (powerpoint presentation) Presentation framing community wireless and how community/municipal wireless can change service delivery for nonprofits and how non-profits can influence the outcome. Also discussion of the City of Seattle wifi project.
