In these sessions,

First, check out the
components (the Parts of the PC). This will help you understand
the machine in front of you and some handy descriptions are included.
Next, try the Major
Mouse Moves exercise - it moves along easily and doesn't take long.
The exercise Minor
Movements Toward the Web gives you a feel for the amazing resources
available online.
