The projects were considered for eligibility, scored according to the selection criteria and discussed. To establish a Technology Learning Center to develop computer literacy and multi-media skills with a focus on the constituents of several citywide, grassroots organizations who have not traditionally had access to technological resources.

To expand Internet access and multi-lingual computer classes by installing supplementary hardware and software, increasing staff hours, and strengthening the Lab's capacity to accommodate 1500 users and meet additional demands for training.

Upgrade an existing 11-station computer lab to better meet the needs of students by upgrading hardware, purchasing new equipment, and upgrading all class materials for application to current software versions.
