Community Parking Program The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is looking to make on-street parking management changes in Upper Queen Anne that support parking and access for customers, residents and businesses. We will work closely with community organizations to tailor changes to best fit the parking needs in the neighborhood. SDOT will also look at measures to provide incentives for employees and residents to drive less and walk, bike, bus or carpool more often. Please view our Upper Queen Anne PowerPoint Presentation to learn more. Get Involved in the Upper Queen Anne Parking Assessment Let us know where different time-limits or load zones could help you, and what other improvements you’d like to see to on-street parking. Ideas regarding types of incentives to encourage walking, biking, using transit or carpooling are also welcome.
