Vision and Goals The vision of the Pedestrian Master Plan is to make Seattle the most walkable city in the nation, and the plan includes four goals to meet that vision. The plan’s vision was articulated by the Pedestrian Master Plan Advisory Group in April 2008, and the goals were developed in support of the vision.
