Progress Reports
Periodically the City of Seattle evaluates progress toward our goal of increasing tree canopy cover to 30%. Work is currently underway to re-calculate the city’s tree canopy cover based on 2007 satellite data. We plan to update the canopy cover assessment approximately every 5-7 years. Additionally, we track our progress on implementing each year’s work plan. 2007 Progress Report
