General Information
Citizen Advisory Committee meetings are held in the Seattle Municipal Tower. The address is 700 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98124. The meetings are held on either the 40th or 59th floors.

Directions to Seattle Municipal Tower 40th and 59th floors:
- • Take the elevator from the 4th floor to the 40th floor. Room 4096 is on the west side of the floor (turn right as you leave the elevator).
- • Take the elevator from the 40th floor to the 59th floor. Check in at the reception desk. If there is no one at the reception desk, call x5965 from the phone on the 59th floor by the elevators.
Parking
The SeaPark parking garage is located directly south of the Seattle Municipal Tower. The address is 609 Sixth Avenue in Seattle. The phone number is (206) 223-2774
Parking Permit
Committee members are assigned the Boards and Commission parking permits. If you lose your permit, please submit the application to the Program Manager, Aurora Mendoza, at (206) 733-9687.
