Contractor Process
Seattle Public Utilities will be using an electronic Construction Contract Document Management System (CCDMS) to receive, send and communicate information on our construction contracts.
After execution of the contract, SPU will provide free two-hour training for contractor personnel on CCDMS. The contractor will be given licenses to operate the CCDMS. For specific information on the electronic submittal and correspondence process please refer to the contract manual (Section 1-05.3)
