Clear Alleys Program Rates
Effective March 30, 2009, customers located in the downtown core who permanently store garbage containers in the right-of-way will participate in the Clear Alley Program. The downtown core is defined as all streets between I-5 and Elliot Bay, and Denny and Yesler, plus Pioneer Square. View map (pdf).
Under the Clear Alleys Program, commercial and multifamily customers place garbage in bags with daily pick-up. Note: fee is per bag.
