$100 Rebate for Apartments
If a resident in a building with five or more units volunteers as a Friend of Recycling & Composting, the building manager/ owner can get a one-time $100 rebate on the property’s garbage bill.
Friend of Recycling and Composting (FORC), volunteers:
- • Watch a training video and sign a pledge to be a Friend of Recycling and Composting.
- • Monitor their building’s recycling to make sure garbage and recycling are separated.
- • Educate other residents about what materials can be recycled.
