Some mailing and shipping businesses accept packing material for reuse (clean, dry and in good condition). Look in the Yellow pages under Shipping Services, and call first. Otherwise, foam blocks go in the garbage. You can recycle bubble wrap in your curbside recycling cart, but it must be bagged and bundled together.
