Ask the Green Gardening Program

The Green Gardening Program is sponsored by Seattle Public Utilities and managed by Cascadia Consulting Group. The program promotes environmentally-sensitive landscaping practices, with particular emphasis on reducing pesticide use, conserving water, and reusing/recycling landscaping materials. Green Gardening activities have included slide show presentations and brochures for homeowners, professional training and resources for landscapers and nursery staff, and garden tours.
