Walk Bike Ride Challenge

The Walk Bike Ride Challenge is a great way to convert drive alone car trips to walk, bike and transit trips. We’ll support you with information and encouragement throughout the program that will help you create new travel habits. The more car trips you save, the more chances you have to win great prizes.

Register for the April Walk Bike Ride Challenge (ends April 30) or…….

The new May & June Walk Bike Ride Challenge

Then login to report saved trips for April or May & June

Tools to help you walk, bike and ride.

Here’s how it works

This is an ongoing program that runs in two month cycles. We are now accepting registrations for the May & June round of the program. Register for the remaining week of the April program is on the right.

We have a brand new Facebook Connect feature that allows you to post your trips as well as your gas and carbon savings directly to Facebook!  Enjoy our new Facebook Connect when you register for May & June.

You may participate in as many rounds as you like, however you will only be eligible to win prizes (except for the end of year prizes) for your first two rounds. See "Program Rules" for details.

Register for the program, convert at least two car trips per week in April and report your trips on your personal calendar each week. You earn one chance to win a prize for each trip you change. You can join any week in March or April and start converting car trips to walking, biking, transit or carpool..

We’ll send emails containing tips on walking, biking and riding to help you reduce car trips. You can view your saved trip chart to see how many car trips you have reduced, and compare your results with all of the program participants in the group chart.
